The Lantern Network offers a network of services and programs designed under our three pillars to INSPIRE, GUIDE and PROPEL young Black Americans to economic freedom.

PROJECTS

The Lantern Network has successfully inspired, mentored and propelled young, underrepresented Americans toward successful internships and careers through several projects, including our mentoring programs and relationships, and through inspiring, recorded streaming stories from successful Black people, all specifically designed to influence change and better opportunity in the community.

The Lantern Network streaming content is instrumental in demonstrating how real people with real stories overcome obstacles and achieve personal and professional goals.

GUIDE.

Guide the way to economic freedom by providing life skills, coaching, and professional mentorship.

MENTORING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We align mentees with specialized one-on-one mentoring to give them guidance, support, skill sets and encouragement specific to their needs and goals.

PROPEL.

Propel life-changing careers through engaged sponsorship and partnerships with forward-thinking businesses and other organizations.

PAID INTERNSHIPS

The Lantern Network endeavors to connect our mentees with paid intern positions at some of the world’s leading industry innovators, with the goal of opening vast future opportunities.

WHERE WE WORK.

The Lantern Network has mentorship and internship programs throughout the United States, and has relationships built with influential leaders at some of the largest companies in the U.S. Our main offices are located in Brentwood, Tennessee, with staff and partners working around the nation.
