• Enhanced Confidence: 100% of participants report increased confidence in applying insights to improve teamwork and communication.
• Financial Empowerment: Participants increased their simulated net worth by 576% and adopted smarter financial habits.
• Interview Preparedness: Confidence in interviews soared from 53% to 85.7% through the STAR Method Workshop.

These achievements reflect Dr. King’s belief that “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” With every workshop and mentorship session, we illuminate a brighter future for our participants.

The Lantern Network in Action

With guidance from our mentors and access to critical resources, he launched a business that supports his family and is poised to create jobs in his community. Kei’Angelo shared, “I want to thank The Lantern Network for creating this Entrepreneurship Program. Because of it, I successfully got my bulk product order shipped to the U.S. and gained the knowledge to thrive as a young Black entrepreneur. Without this program, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
